My Impassioned Plea
@BipolarUs, @ptsdUS and @OCDus have become a community for some.
Content is automatically delivered to all three accounts: 3x every hour, 72x times per day & 720x ever 10 days. Each piece of content must be researched, examined and ready to be scheduled for specific deadlines. This process can range anywhere between 3-7 minutes for individual pieces of content which averages out to be 4.5 minutes x 720 pieces of content = 3,240 minutes = 54 hours = 2.25 days
That takes care of scheduling now onto maintenance.
There’s a reason why I have 9k+ followers in 9 months: it’s because I think unconventionally. At first I was favoriting content I liked until I realized that a favorite is more than just a mere star; it’s your message in a bottle, an invitation into your soul.
As soon as I wake-up, I favorite over 3k tweets per day (I currently have 165.2k+ favorites for my @BipolarUs account alone). The reason why these numbers exist is because I’m able to devote my undivided attention to these mental health causes.
As of right now, I’ve only made a disappointing sum for all 3 GoFundMe accounts:
The @BipolarUs Fundraiser Campaign • “Help Us, Help the Many” • Gofundme.com/BipolarUs • #BipolarUs
The @ptsdUS Fundraiser Campaign • “Help Us, Help the Many” • Gofundme.com/ptsdUS • #ptsdUS
The @OCDus Fundraiser Campaign • “Help Us, Help the Many” • Gofundme.com/OCDus • #OCDus
Currently, I’m unemployed and I live with my parents. My only passion consists of working on the global support groups which I initiated but I can already see the writing on the wall. My parents are beginning to wonder how I’ll be able to take care of myself in the future. I don’t make any money on my own and it’s a hard to exist without it.
It is my great hope that once @BipolarUs/@ptsdUs/@OCDus gains in popularity, then there will be more donors who believe in this cause and I’ll be able to live a life which revolves around getting paid to do what I do best. It’s a true honor to be in the midsts of helping so many people around the world. Thus, if I get a real job soon, then I won’t be able to provide something very valuable: my undivided attention.
Please, help me, help the many…
••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••••Hi, my name is Adam J. Gonzales and I was diagnosed with a mild form of OCD, Bipolar 1 Disorder and a history of PTSD during the summer of 2007 but I’ve always struggled with mental illness since the age of four. When I was an adolescent, I suffered needlessly from severe depression and I remember that was the darkest period of my life. What I remember most was the isolation and fear of my own thoughts. Everyday was a battle and I had never felt so alone, as if the only person who understood me was the same young man who stared back as I looked in the mirror. That’s why I created @OCDus in order to show the new generation of sufferers that we are no longer alone. @OCDus offers a state of the art social media experience which includes an immediate response to questions and inquiries, the ability to personally connect with thousands of followers who also suffer from Obsesive Compulsive Disorder, and up to date information that is both insightful and entertaining.
I’m reaching out to you today because @OCDus is becoming more important than a mere hobby and I want to devote myself full-time to this cause. I will need participation from empathetic followers in order to prepare for the future in which I envision an @OCDus App, a professional staff that is licensed to answer difficult medical questions and a headquarters located in the heart of Los Angeles, CA. In order to get there, we must start here.
Thus, I beg you to #RetweetReblogShare @OCDus content in order to spread the message across the world. Everyday we are helping people live better lives and that is a powerful statement but we could always do more. Join me and help usher in a new era of treatment for those who feel hopeless about their condition and bring about awareness to the ones who quite don’t understand us yet. I thank you for your time and may the light guide your path • @OCDus • #OCDus

Scheduling
1. If I were to schedule for 01APR16 – 15APR16, then I would begin on 27MAR16.
On Tumblr, there are 4 different categories of posts:
• #OCDpictures: Pictures/videos, no text
• #OCDhalf: A picture/videos with text
• #OCDanon: Anonymous questions
• #OCDtext: No pictures/videos, just text
2. Open Reddit, then find “top” content for the “week” on /r/OCD. #OCDreddit
3. You will be gathering #OCDnews information. Simply Google “OCD” and click “News.”
4. Go to your Tumblr account, search “OCD” and save; hide explicate content.
5. Search and “like” 17 #OCDpictures – a posts. Then, schedule the best post first and “unlike” it. Do the rest and move up the schedule.
6. Create a note:
April 1
7. Open Tumblr, click the pencil, then the link. You will be filling out information for: title, address and hashtags.
8. Click the little person and then click like. View the 120 likes posts. Find a #ocdVisual post and reblog it. Add these #’s: #OCDpictures #ObsessiveCompulsiveDisorder #OCD
9. At the top you will see a circular gear but before that, log into Twitter and make sure that posts from Tumblr are sent to Twitter. If you don’t see a light blue Twitter bird next to the gear, then do not progress. Make sure that problem is fixed first.
10. Click circular gear. Click “schedule,” Set date for 01APR16 and the time for 9 a.m.
11. Confirm that your post is indeed scheduled for 01APR16 at 9 a.m and open your note, add the first 9. Then schedule it.

12. Unlike the #OCDpictures post you have just scheduled in order to remove it from your likes.
13. Reblog another #OCDpictures post for 02APR16 9 p.m. When you have made the conformation then open your note and add the next 9.

Phase III COMPLETED
And He asked him, “What is thy name?” And he answered, saying, “My name is Legion: for we are many.”
We are engaged in a great battle. Suicidal causalities mount up on the battlefield each and every year. Now is the time to tear down the walls that are holding us back. No longer will we wait for the world to change their stereotypes about us, we must do it on our own.
We fight not for ourselves, but for the future generations who will inherit our mental illnesses and combat the same exact stigmas that we face today but to a lesser extent.
Thus, spread the message by “liking/favoriting/sharing/reblogging/retweeting” Mental Health Advocates who bravely endure an uphill battle, day in and day out. Help us fellow sufferers and become part of a larger world • @OCDus • #OCDus

Followers, Contributors and New Members of @OCDus:
You are about to embark upon the Great Crusade, toward which we have striven these many years. The eyes of the world are upon you. The hopes and prayers of mentally ill people everywhere march with you.
In company with our brave Allies and brothers-in-arms on other Fronts you will bring about the destruction of the “The Silent Stigma” war machine, the elimination of tyranny over oppressed OCD sufferers, and bring acceptance for our people in a free world.
Your task will not be an easy one. Your enemy is well trained, well equipped and battle-hardened. They will fight savagely.
I have full confidence in your courage, devotion to duty, and skill in battle. We will accept nothing less than full victory.
Good Luck! And let us all beseech the blessing of Almighty God upon this great and noble undertaking.
